What is Reiki
Reiki is a very gentle yet powerfully transformative system of hands on healing, which works to bring the whole being into balance.
The word 'Reiki' is derived from the Japanese words 'Rei' and 'Ki'.

How Can Reiki Help?
Reiki is a holistic therapy and is offered as a deeply relaxing and restorative therapy for the whole person.
As many illnesses and conditions originate from or are made worse by stress, Reiki can support the body's own healing by gently unlocking areas of tension and restoring balance. Reiki can also help to lift the spirits and inspire "whole being" participation in the healing process.
Whilst many people experience improvements in conditions or illnesses, Reiki is not offered as a treatment or cure for any particular ailment. However, we have a special interest in the use of Reiki to treat ME, chronic fatigue, depression, stress and anxiety.

We believe that true healing has to get to the heart of the human condition and offer every person a starting point for the acheivement of their highest spiritual potential.
We offer an earthy, grounded approach to spirituality, rooted in the day to day reality of your human life and experience.
Where Are We
We are based in Birkenhead, Wirral, Merseyside centrally located for road and public transport links and easily accessible from Chester, Cheshire, the North West and North Wales.
